Coverage for counseling and mental health services varies by plan and policy. Benefits such as copays, deductibles, and coinsurance are determined by your insurance provider and are the patient’s responsibility.

We encourage patients to verify mental health benefits directly with their insurance company prior to beginning services. Our office is available to assist with general insurance and billing questions.

For patients who prefer flexibility or privacy, CityLight Counseling offers self-pay options for mental health services.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

CityLight Counseling offers discounted subscription plans designed to support consistent mental health care through predictable monthly payments. These plans are ideal for patients seeking ongoing therapy without the uncertainty of per-session billing.
