Life is not without challenges and change. Right now, you may be feeling as though you cannot change, manage, or overcome your situation or yourself. Maybe you’re feeling alone, powerless anxious, or depressed and all you desire is a bit of hope—some reassurance that everything is going to be okay. I want you to know that it can be “okay,” that you do not have to walk through this alone, and that you are stronger than you think you are. I believe with the right support, you can begin to experience a version of life, and yourself, that you love.

Over the past 10 years, I have dedicated my life to the mental health profession because I believe that there is no greater investment a person can make than to invest in the wellbeing of others. I have

obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Counseling Education with advanced studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Family, Marriage and Couples Counseling. While I have experience working with a range of mental health issues, much of my work has focused on helping children, adolescents, and their families navigating life transitions, grief, and trauma.

My goal is always to ensure that every person working with me feels supported and empowered to take on life. You can expect that when we meet, you will have a safe space to be yourself. We will talk about your needs, assess your strengths, and develop a plan to help you make the changes that will create the kind of life you desire. Don’t deprive yourself of hope for another moment, reach out today… I want to meet you!
